Charlie Haynes' Horizon Project
Biology, Psychology, and the Stock Market
For my Horizon Project, I focused on the intersection of biology and psychology. I wanted to know how these two topics affected one another. As a result, I chose a central question of:

What biological and psychological factors most directly cause a person to make risky stock market decisions?

I have studied how gender, age, religious beliefs, personal wealth, and genetics affect someone's tendency to make these risky choices. I attempted to find which one or two of these factors most directly contribute to making these choices.
